My friend had asked me to help out backstage at the Vegan Fashion Show which took place on Sunday, 3rd of December.

I have helped backstage at a few fashion shows and this one was without exception a busy hub for all things fashion, Vegan Fashion that is. This show was featuring sustainable and vegan brands: Diane Kroe, Segan, QZ Shen, The Wifey Collection, Jummobi, Kandy Intimates, Voes & Co, Jeane & Jax, Menta, and RT Atelier.

It was nice to see a few people I have worked with previously and nice to make some new connections as well.

Backstage was busy and hectic as one would expect at a fashion show but with the pressure running high everything pulled together in the end as it always does. Unfortunately being backstage I only got to glimpse a few of the looks on the runway, from what I could see the music and show was super fun.

I helped out the menswear brand QZ Shen primarily as the designer himself was not able to make it from Beijing. His cuts and colours were fun and refreshing putting the male models in some warm and cozy, yet fun sweaters.

Diane Kroe featured beautiful textiles as well as very flattering cuts. It was refreshing to see the girls in colours and fun patterns!

I particularily enjoyed the accesories featured by brands Segan and Jeanne and Jax, as well as the cool plant leather boots from Voes & Co.

The Wifey collection had beautiful corsetry and sustainable fabrics, bringing back the renaissance in a beautiful effortless way, full of fantasy!
